Our Lab

ikoon-laboratoriumWe're working in a dynamic field, a field to which we would like to contribute so that we can stay at the forefront of any developments. This page gives you an update on some of our current projects. New ideas which we hope can help shape the future of market research. Do you have any ideas concerning the projects below and would you like to contribute? Please let us know, we'd be happy to hear from you.

  • Boodschappennnieuws (grocery news), a consumer community on innovation within the FMCG sector.
  • 'De kunst van het vragen stellen' (The art of asking questions), a book on how market research contributes to problem solving.

Boodschappennieuws (grocery news)

Boodschappennieuws is a community, where consumers can give their opinion, both volutarily and when prompted, on the most recently introduced products within the supermarket. Does that new flavour of crisps taste really good? Does that new laundry detergent really clean as well as advertised? Is that new packaging really more convenient? Boodschappennieuws.nl is a website where consumers can state their opinions and share experiences on the new products that have come on the supermarket shelves. In addition, they can suggest new products or flavours themselves. These suggestions are then passed on to the various manufacturers.

De kunst van het vragen stellen (The art of asking questions)

A book on market research. Aren't there enough books on that subject already? The answer, in our opinion, is no. Workin in such a dynamic field, it seems that less and less attention is being paid to traditional skills and knowledge in market research. Reason enough to reiterate these on paper. This book is to be both a good read but also a practical book on the basics of market research, and in particular how market research can best serve the client.  We expect the first edition to be completed in spring of 2012. If you have any suggestions or would like to contribute, please do let us know.
